I needed to get some cake mix for a bake sale my Dance Studio is participating in to raise money for costumes. I saw what had to be the Holy Grail of cuteness...Strawberry cupcake mix! Apparently, I'm the only one who didn't know there was such a thing...I called up a friend of mine (who knows about all my little secrets) and proceeded to tell her about it. She already knew...I'm I the only one behind the times on the whole pink cake thing? Seriously?

Still. They're tasty and were a hit with the younger ballerinas...so I guess it's a win-win.

Maybe this thread should belong in the sissy princess diaries section...it just seems too random for that..

No no no, I've had pink frosting, but this is actual pink cake mix. Instead of chocolate, red velvet (yum), angel's food, yellow, etc...the cake itself is pink and strawberry flavored...News to me, lol.

Lol I thought the same as Tutu that you meant cupcakes with pink frosting I don't think I knew about strawberry cake mix but wasn't too surprised to hear there was such thing. My favorite is the confetti cake mix and that's the only type I get unless getting a specific type for a recipe.
