Its actually about "suggestions"

The file, subconsiously or not, gives your mind a "suggestion" to wear panties. If you dont want to wear panties, it wont have an effect on you. If you want it to work, and if you think it can work, it will. You need to let your mind open up to the suggestions, like any hypnosis.

Basically its giving your brain an idea, THIS idea is that panties are good. You might not agree, and therefore the file wont work on you.

You cant force hypnosis onto anyone, they have to be willing.

You can get ones that make you incontinent. And the great thing is that they are specific!

EG; You are incontinent;
-when you wear diapers. (the diaper being the trigger)
-When someone says "Wetsy wetty pants" (its called being triggered)
-if you dont wear a diaper for 10 days, you automatically wet yourself.
-If you see an attractive girl

etc. You can either download the existing ones, or you can pay to get your own custom file!

DONT get a custom file unless you've had success with the other files though, waste of money!

The ones I've been looking at are audio files. The hypnotist talks to you in an audio file, you listen with headphones. It is supposed to take you into "trance" - in between sleep and being awake, like daydreaming - and puts these "suggestions" into your mind. Its up to your own body to actually agree/accept those suggestions.

EG: The speaker suggests that you wet your diaper if someone says wetsy wetsy pants. It becomes a trigger if you listen and believe over and over again. Success varies from 2 days to 2 years! Its EXTREMELY specific to the person. Some hypnotists cant get you into trance, others can have you "under" in 1 word. Its personal preference. Some prefer girls, others guys. You get the idea.
