Make A New Topic In This Forum

Since the format threads are displayed in has changed from the traditional forum layout of each post simply being in order to the more youtube comments like structure it has now I've really been struggling to read threads on here as quite frequently posts that previously followed each other and referred to each other now don't and are in completely different locations.

Is possible to restore the old thread format as an option so we can choose which we prefer?

Also I keep getting e-mails that say there is a new comment, but when I go there, there is no comment to read. I have PM the people who were supposed to have made the comments and they were wondering why their comment has yet to show up.
Some of the stories have their chapters all out of place. This really needs to get fixed soon.

I love this website, and while the graphics have always been fantastic it's only gotten harder and harder to navigate over the years.

Please try and update the readability of the forums so it's not so daunting anymore and usable!

I'm going to have to second this. Every time the site is updated, it seems to get a lot of neat new features, but the forums themselves get much harder to read and to use.

Is there any way to make things so that we can pick a format for the forums that works for us and stick to that even when the site updates? I LIKED the old style a lot better for the Role Playing *Girls* section, the new style isn't really as well-suited for RPing and seems to be eating some of my posts...

Hi sweeties! If I had the time I would give people the option, but at the moment it looks like it would take up too much time to re-code the forum topics to the old format, and make it optional. I have a lot of things already planned that are on the way for Sissy Kiss! =)

Also I don't see how it's more difficult to post because unlike before the reply form is conveniently right on the topic page, rather than having to go to a new page. The ability to see replies in their own thread all together lets you see the whole conversation at once.

It's a matter of preference that some people will like, and some people will not, unless there is a practical issue, and I don't see a practical issue, but I know some people still prefer the old format, and again if I had the time I would but time is not on my side right now.

Some posts that are not showing up sounds like a glitch that needs to be fixed, and I'll figure that out as soon as I can! Can anyone give a specific topic where they noticed this happening? I'll be able to test out what is going on if I just have the web address to a topic where this happened.

Thank you for the prompt reply, Christie, and I do appreciate all the hard work you're doing for the site.

I'm not that bothered about the new format, although it is a bit of getting used to compared to all the forums I've used up until now, but the glitch is rather troublesome if it makes longer topics harder to read. I think the case I encountered is that an RP I'm running should be moving over into pages but isn't, and so the last two posts in it just don't show up when you open it.

Thank you hun! I've now fixed that glitch, and your replies should be showing up fine! Feel free to let me know if you run into any other issues! I also fixed the signatures sticking out of the posts lol.

Thanks for responding to this thread Christie Luv, I understand how tricky it is to reprogram a site like this and the extra work that restoring the old format would require. I guess I'll just have to get used to it.

I find it frustrating that when you hit the back button after reading something or looking at pictures it sends you all the way back to the first page. Is there anyway we can navigate without having to go through every page to where we were?

Yes when you are on a topic page press the navigation tab at the bottom of the screen, and there is a link to the forum the topic is posted in, and the page that the topic is on.
