Only going to see your Doctor to get an appointment to see a specialist can get you on hormones, as far as I know.

Hiya. Whilst it may be a little difficult in the worlds present situation, I advise you to see your Doctor & get them on prescription. Without a professional assessment and monitoring then you risk liver failure, heart disease and blood clots, not to mention mental instability. Please do it right honey or you may find yourself on a very different journey to the one you imagined. xxx

Yes as others say consult a doctor
It’s best and most understand trans folks so for them it’s not a big deal.
Some states require a letter however from a psychologist
