I was most upset when I read your confession. How could you allow yourself to make cummies by just wandering around this wonderful site. Sissies are only allowed to make cummies with permission and clearly you did not and in getting so excited you went and spoilt your lovely panties. I hope you had the decency to personally clean them. If Mummy had been there, they would have been stripped off there and then and pushed into your mouth and left there for an hour.
You may feel bad about this and so you should and to prevent it happening again, the next time you look at Sissykiss, before you start, you will take a piece of Aluminium Cooking Foil and wrap it tightly around your nasty bits and use some sticky tape to hold it securely in place. Make sure it holds all your bits tightly so no movement is allowed. You can then look at this wonderful site in the knowledge that those nasty bits shouldn't do any damage.
You will do this for the next five days and I expect you not to play with those bits at anytime during those five days and then you can ask permission when you have described the effect of the foil as a chastity.

What a terrible predicament you give. How can you possibly call yourself a sissy when you do not possess one item of sissy attire. Abusing your clitty is bad enough but to do it with no sissy clothing is disgusting.
As of now you are banned from touching your clitty until you acquire some sissy clothing and where it is acquired from is not my concern but acquire it you will and you must tell us what you have got in detail, where you got it from and you must be wearing it when you write your next post. After you post, Mummy will decide your real punishment as she can only punish sissies that are properly attired in at least the basic of sissy wear.
Mummy is horrified that you have allowed yourself to get in this position and corrective punishment is necessary.
Only properly dressed sissies will be allowed to be considered for clitoral rewards and you currently are a long way from that.

How can you possibly come crying to Mummy obviously hoping for a reward when you have not completed the punishment given because you clearly chickened out of being discovered at work through wearing 2 Diapers. I wonder how long you looked at yourself in the mirror with your work clothes over your diapers wondering if they could be seen or not. Unfortunately that, my little sissy, is your problem and not mine and although you admitted your faults and have been clitty touchfree, failing to follow instructions is unacceptable and I would suggest you do as requested or you will find that 2 diapers will become 3 and then try and hide those under trousers. I'm sure you would look very pretty going to work in a skirt as your trousers don't fit over your diapered clitty.

It sounds to me as if you are not sensible enough to be an older sissy particularly as you don't wear sissy clothes regularly and you play with your clitty without permission and, even worse, without your sissy clothes on. You should be ashamed to call yourself a sissy for being so naughty.
To make you aware of your sissy life style which you have now chosen, you will firstly not touch your clitty until you have satisfied Mummy that you are a real sissy. In order to begin to satisfy Mummy, you will wear 2 diapers together all day and night for the next 5 days and you will use them properly. I then expect you to put some obvious sissy clothing on that can be seen by anyone and then go to a supermarket and buy sufficient diapers to allow you to meet this punishment whether you have enough now or not.
Mummy will not tolerate poorly behaved sissies who think they can play sissy as and when they feel like it.
In 5 days time I expect to see a post describing your punishment and your shopping trip and detailed account of what you wore and what people said.
I will also need to know what things you have done as a sissy to show Mummy what type of sissy you have been up to now.
