Looking for thick, cotton training underwear

I can fit into L-XL Goodnites quite comfortably, but my mommy won't let me wear them, so we're trying to compromise by getting me some thick training underwear.

If you want a better picture of what I'm talking about: they are cotton and shaped like regular underwear, but have especially thick cotton padding along the crotch and bottom areas. They also fit very snugly.

So, I'm trying to figure out where I can get some of these that would fit my frame. Help?
