I just saw this post today or I would have said this sooner but what I think you need to do is seek out some of the furry communitys on the net, I know that there was one the size of about SK and just wonderful I was at years ago (but am totally spacing the name) not because I was one, but because I thought they were all such kind people. Anyways, yeah to get a nice cat tail you probably just need someone to homecraft you one and seeking out one of the medium sized furry communities is probably the best way to go about it.

I highly suspect they sell things like this in Japan and I would ask the people running jlist.com about it possibly if nothing turns up from the furrys on the net. The jlist people are very fetish friendly and at least in the 90s when there store was small, they would special order just about anything for you if you talked to them via email.
