Well that really all depends on what you really want. Most of what you are looking for can be found online, check out the adds you see here.

Then there are costume stores now that it's that time of year. or you get createtive and work with the things you find in local stores.

Examples: if you can wear a size 16 girls this top could be a dress.

or this if you are larger

then how about shoes?

every thing is out there, you need to do the work though

Most of the adds I've seen so far are "sexual-related activities" type of adds, but I will keep a look out for the others ^_^
I meant sites that specialize in making adult-baby materials, but it doesn't have to have big things like cribs.

There ya go. Haven't tried them yet, personally, but the selection and customization seems solid. Other than that, there's the e-bay route. I'm currently shopping at this (click here) ebay store, and they also seem to have reasonable prices, and the help you get customizing anything you want is fantastic.
