Try buying combinations of things that are quite normal on their own but when put together should have the cashier asking questions in her head.

If you want one to know or ask about it. Try making one trip to get some nail polish with a light pink shade with regular things when a store is busy then buy you embarrassing things when not busy after you make you nails a light pink. Something only noticeable when close up. If you are the only one there she will have more time to notice without rushing you along. And on the clothes get one without a tag if you can find one so you will have to go back and get enough one.

Without coming out and just saying they are for you, you could just ask the cashier at the counter whether a size large in male is the same as a size large in womens (or something similar where you are comparing male sizes to female sizes). She should get the hint without you saying they are for you!

Sorry it took so long, I went in at about 12 am wearing a white cotton shirt that was too small for me, i had on a pink satin bra underneath it that was clearly visible. After i got everything wanted i went to a cash register with a couple of black women at it (1 cashier the other a friend of hers i guess). the cashier took a look at me and said to the other one loudly, "eww he must be a ***", i just smiled at her, she then said "Here ya go ma am" and handed me the stuff, i said thank you and left.
