Hi everyone! I'm getting the house to myself for ten days! I have to go to uni for 5 of those days, but that means I have 5 ENTIRE days to spend with "Hannah".

I have enough diapers and panties to last the week. I also have makeup (and I know how to use it).

I need something(s) to do. I have $140 to spend, so I might look around at the local thrift store for dresses (medium-sized town, so shopping at "real" stores is out of the question).

I'm open to any and all suggestions.

wake up in the morning and let your self pee, diaper, toilet doesn't matter.
but now put on a fresh clean diaper and go to the kitchen and drink two glasses of warm water you must drink the water all at once please.
next you will wait 30 min and drink another glass of warm water no cheating a nice tall big glass has to be used.

you are not allowed to use your diaper or go anywhere near a toilet you are going to hold your pee till I tell you when you can go.
every 30 minutes you are going to drink a glass of warm water for the next 4 hrs. you are going to hold your pee and not let a drop out. this is what urge incontinence feels like. at 4 hrs you will drink two glasses of water. when you finish the second glass of water you are allowed to release the pressure just a little allowing a little pee to come out but do not let it all out.
now sit back and see how much longer you can go trying to hold it in. when you finally do just relax and let it flow feel how good it feels to just let it flow.  


It's hard, I'm only halfway through... if you're really feeling the strain, maybe knock an hour off. It is 11 glasses of water in about 4/5 hours!

DIAPER WETTING EXERCISE 1
LEARNING TO APPRECIATE WETTING YOUR DIAPERS

This little exercise is planned to cover two days (about 48 hours). So if you're serious about trying this, choose your time wisely. You will be wearing diapers during this entire exercise and except for changing or bathing yourself you may not be without them. You should change your diapers whenever necessary. Also, during this exercise you can masturbate as much as you want (the more the better) - but ONLY in your diapers, and ONLY if they are completely soaked with pee.
This can really be done anytime, but for our purposes here let's set a start time of about 8:00 a.m.
8 a.m.: Diaper yourself. Then go in to the bathroom and look at your toilet. I hope you had the good sense to use it just before you started this. Take a good look at it because as of now, for the next 48 hours, you're busted! You may NOT pee in the toilet at all, under ANY circumstances! If you need to have a bowel movement, you may use it for that, but you may NOT pee in it. You can only pee in your diapers. Look at yourself. You've just diapered yourself like a big sissy baby, and sissy babies pee in their diapers, not in the toilet. Take another look at your toilet. And think again about the fact that you can't use it. Then think about this, for the next six hours, you can't pee in your diapers either! That's right! What are you going to do? We'll I'll tell you. You're going to do the only thing you can do - HOLD IT! That's right, for the next six hours you're going to hold it in. And just to make matters a little more interesting, you're going to drink a minimum of 8 ounces of liquid every single waking hour (except in this first hour).
To help get you get started off right, I want you to drink two 8-ounce glasses of liquid during this first hour. I don't care what liquid you drink, although I recommend that a lot of it be water. I would prefer that you drink all of your liquids from a baby bottle since you are a sissy baby and this is a baby exercise, but it really doesn't matter what you drink it from. Just remember that you must keep to your schedule - at least 8 ounces of liquid every hour. No excuses! You can drink it all at once or stretch it out, but you must drink it!

9 a.m.: First hour wasn't too bad, was it? Early in the day might be a good time to take care of any chores or running around that you have to do. You can do it later, but you may not feel like it. If you have to go anywhere or do anything, do it! Don't let this exercise stop you. The diapers however must stay on, and you must keep to your liquids schedule. Even though you can't use your diapers right now, you must eventually learn that you can wear them in public or in private and that they can be used anywhere too.
10 a.m.: Two hours down. Not too bad. This much should be easy. Do you feel the first twinges of having to pee yet? Don't do it. You're not allowed yet. This is the easy part. It's only going to get worse.
11 a.m.: By now, you probably should be feeling a real need to have to pee and it should be occupying more and more of your thoughts. Hold it! Hold it! You still have a long way to go. Don't forget your liquids!
12 noon: By now, you are probably getting pretty desperate to pee. But you can't do it, can you? Why? Because I said so! You still have two hours to go. I wonder, are you starting to squirm yet? You're going to have to hold it as best as you can. Have yourself a nice lunch. Eating right is important. In fact during this entire exercise you should make sure that you eat as much as you want. Think about how nice it's going to be when you're allowed to finally let go and pee in your diaper. No need to hold back anymore, just relax and let it happen. It sounds so good doesn't it? But you can't yet!
1 p.m.: Only one more hour to go. Hold it! Is it starting to leak out a little at a time yet? That's OK if it does. It's to be expected. But you must try to continue to hold back. In fact, if any leaks out at any time during this exercise, that's fine, just as long as you are doing your best to continue to hold it in. When it does leak out, the pressure eases up a little doesn't it? But the need is still there. Don't give up and don't let up for a minute! If for some reason, your bladder decides it's going to empty itself whether you like it or not, that's fine too, but don't stop trying to stop it, and keep those muscles as tight as possible to hold it back! You may not loosen your muscles until 2 p.m.! Not a minute before! Wait for it!
2 p.m.: Finally! OK. Go ahead and wet your diaper as much as you can. It may be a little difficult at first, but just concentrate on relaxing and letting it happen as naturally as possible. Does it feel good to be able to do that? Savor the feeling of you bladder finally emptying itself. Enjoy the feeling of your pee tickling you skin, settling into your crotch and soaking your diapers. You may only wet a little at first and then later on you may wet some more. That's fine. For the next three hours you must keep all of those muscles that you kept so tight to hold it back as loose and relaxed as possible. The instant you feel the urge to pee you must do it. Is your body tired? How about those muscles that you used to hold it back? Don't forget to drink your liquids.
3 p.m.: This is luxury, isn't it? After those first six hours, being able to stay relaxed and to pee wherever and whenever you need to is a real treat. Concentrate on staying relaxed and remember to pee at the first indication that you need to. Don't forget to change your diapers whenever they need it. Have you masturbated yet? These three hours might be a good time - but that's up to you.
4 p.m.: Are you still relaxed? Good.
5 p.m.: Guess what? You're busted again! That's right. You can't pee anymore! Only this time, it's just for five hours, not six. I hope you did everything possible to try to pee just before 5 p.m. Whether you did or not doesn't make any difference now. It's too late. No more peeing again! Don't forget your liquids!
6 p.m.: Are your muscles still tired from the first session? They probably are. How are you ever going to get through this one? Well, you will. At least it's for an hour less.
7 p.m.: How's it going? I wonder if you need to pee yet? Don't do it!
8 p.m.: By now surely you have to pee again. But once again, you can't!
9 p.m.: I wonder, is your body getting physically tired yet? How about your mind? Hold back! Have you started leaking yet? Hold Back! By now, I'll bet that peeing in your diapers again is starting to sound better and better. In fact, I'll bet that you're really looking forward to being able to do it. What a luxury it would be. Peeing in your diapers like a baby. It sounds so good!
10 p.m.: Wonderful! It's finally time again. Let it all go! Relax and savor it again. Feels good doesn't it? It's time to keep all those muscles relaxed again and to practice peeing at the first indication that you need to again. And this time it's even better. Instead of only doing it for three hours, you get to increase it to four hours. Four full hours of blissfully wetting in your diapers whenever you need to. Starting to feel nice isn't it.
11 p.m.: Are you tired? You should be. Actually you can go to bed at any time during this phase. I recommend that you use some extra diapers for night time though. If you want, you can also masturbate as long as your diapers are thoroughly pee soaked, but that's up to you. As you go to sleep, make sure you are concentrating on keeping your body and muscles relaxed. Don't forget to have one last bottle of liquid before bed.
12 midnight: If you wake up at some time during the night (after 2 a.m.) you'll have to realize that you can't pee anymore. If you don't wake up, all the better. You need a good night's sleep.
1 a.m.: It's possible that you may find yourself waking up in the middle of the night, not because you have to pee, but because your body is already peeing. It's a new sensation, this loss of control. Don't worry about it. Enjoy it and go back to sleep.
2 a.m.: If you wake up after this point, you will have to realize that you are in the next phase of training again and that peeing is once again not allowed. Tighten those muscles, and go back to sleep.
3 - 5 a.m.: If you wake up at any point, remember that you must hold it in until 6 a.m. Go back to sleep.
6 a.m.: Magic time again. If you're awake you can pee to your hearts content for the next five hours. Do you see any kind of pattern here?
7 a.m.: From 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. you are free to pee as much as you can. Don't forget to continue your hourly liquids. If you slept though the night without waking up during your "no pee zone," you should feel lucky. You can continue to enjoy staying relaxed. How badly did you soak you diapers during the night? Did you masturbate now that your diapers are soaked again?
8 a.m. - 10 a.m.: Isn't this a whole lot better than trying to hold it in? Is wetting your diapers getting easier? I'll bet it is.
11 a.m.: Don't you just dread it? It's "no pee time again!" But from this point on, it should be really easy. This time the duration is only for three hours. I know that you're still tired from yesterday, but that doesn't matter. No peeing until 2 p.m.! You know the drill. Drink plenty of liquids and keep those muscles tight!
12 noon:No problem this time. But you may start to notice that you are still tired of holding back. That's good. Keep it up.
1 p.m.: Do you have to pee again? Probably. Don't do it! But you know that.
2 p.m.: Ah! It's relax time again. And for six full hours. Yesterday you had to hold it back for six full hours. This is certainly much better, isn't it.
3 p.m. - 7 p.m.: What a nice day. After yesterday, today should have been positively wonderful. Did you remember to constantly keep you muscles as relaxed as possible? Did you pee at the first sign that you needed to? Have you kept up on you liquid intake? I hope that you've started to realize that peeing in your diapers is a whole lot nicer than not being able to.
8 p.m.: It's time again! But this is the last time! Only two hours of not being able to pee.
9 p.m.: I wonder, are you having any difficulty at all holding back? Do you even want to? Even if you don't want to, hold it. This is the last time. It's almost over.
10 p.m.: From now until morning it's time to keep relaxed and wet yourself whenever the need appears. Go to bed when you want and just stay relaxed. Wet yourself whenever you need to. If you wake up at night and have to pee, just do it. No problem. The periods of having to hold it all back are over. You've done well.
When you wake up in the morning you're done! Are you feeling any more appreciation for being able to pee in your diapers? Except for the first day, it wasn't so bad was it? From now on, you should practice wearing and wetting your diapers as much as possible. If you have trouble, just remember the alternative of not being allowed to wet them. Every time you wet yourself, think about how nice it is to be able to do that!
