Sounds like you are trying too hard. When you start to think about whether or not you are "being hypnotized correctly", you are trying too hard.

Simply wait until you are tired, and don't go somewhere you'll be interrupted. No phone or texts or messages. No people bugging you. If there are interruptions, you won't achieve trance. Close your eyes and concentrate only on the voice.

I listen to lots of stuff like this, and have even started making some of my own, but I've never gotten close to a trance, tho I've only really tried a couple of times. I just think they're lots of fun. :)

Ok so out of these 2 which one is the better one. or are they both gre8

I have this gre8 one I downloaded 2 years ago and it works gre8 for putting me in that trance state of mind and I can only use it for when its my beddy by time. It works so great for me that I can only listen to it at bed time, cuz If I sisten to it durning the day I'll pass out from the sound waves it has in it.... woo hoo.

for me it has to be that trance state of mind kind of audio, so any help on this would be great.
