Sure, you right click the image with your mouse, then press "properties" (if properties doesn't show its a word like it) and a window should come up with the images address in it. Like:

http://www.addresss.com/image.gif

Move your mouse over it to select it then right click/copy. Then go to your "control panel" - "edit profile" and on that page there's a place for your avatar's image address. Just right click/paste and press submit at the bottom. Tada now you have a pwetty avy! ^_^
