I don't mind giving it, but the person recieving it has to realize that it is exacty the kind of behaviour which causes me to have an asthmatic reaction, and to loose my breath sometimes. Plus if you are really focusing on them, tongue action and all, it is hard to have time to breath lol.

As far as recieving it, I would much rather recieve it once I have genitallia. But that's probably not gonna happen.

I would definitely prefer giving then receiving. I am not really the biggest fan of what I have between my legs so I don't like it getting much attention so it is kinda a big waste and not that enjoyable for me receiving. Its honestly even kind of a turn off getting it. There are so many other things I'd rather do if I was in that position with a someone.
