all you need is a way to administer yourself an enema (i just used a cut length of hose pipe).
Give yourself an enema, as much as you dare, the more the better (i aimed for 2l but only managed about 1.5), then when you have done that rub your little sissy clit to a sissygasm while trying to hold in the enema, its harder than you think, the only way i managed to hold it before i came was to put my finger up my sissyhole to prevent the exit of the enema.
To be sure your enema is large enuf you should be experiencing painful cramps before you stop, some ppl will be able to take larger enemas than others.
