well you could try warpmymind, but with all hypnosis it can take months to work if at all. There is no quick fix in hypnosis it takes a long time and as for the headphones that fine its if you are comfortable like that, then sure.

actually just remembered it's called "wet echo". i havne't listened to it but allison in love's other files are amazing, despite the TTS voice!!
