very interesting, look alot more convincing than most of the hypno stuff you see, had me entranced for a bit , it probably would work if listened to enough

It's pretty easy to do on a Mac. Just download a program called Perian at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWwCu94Asrc

This is great and I do hear it in the back of my mind whenever I get too manly at work.

But if I may make a minor suggestion, it could be edited and mixed with the other one as the video attempts to hypnotize you saying "You are a pretty girl...". As long as we're traveling down that road, why not just do an sissy girl age regression hypno?

Here is another clip which is a lil slower paced and less about submission and more just affirmation .Its also slightly less headache inducing.I almost like this one better but the flashing pics in the first one are pretty nice.

the maker of these videos had a website at one time, but it has disappeared. She had some audio files similar to these.
she also posted one of her files on http://warpmymind.com

They were interesting files. It influenced my ideas about femininity.

I dont really use hypnosis any more. I am trying some meditations and yoga exercises to feminize myself further.

If those techniques work out for you, I would love to know more. I have been considering trying meditation again. I was never much good at it, but this sounds a wonderful new way to motivate myself.

thanks for posting these viddies, i'm watching them almost every day, usually when I'm geting sweepy, just before I logout & go to bed. and i sometimes I listen when doing sissy chores like laundry & dishes, and stuff.

Weelll, it depends on what u mean by work, I'm not a shrink, but it is my understanding that hypnosis is more a reinforcement or an aid to some desired goal. Hypnosis won't help you stop smoking, if you don't really want to---I don't care what any advertisement says---you still have to do the work.

Can it make you want to be a woman or mentally a woman? Not by itself, but that is not to say it won't or can't possibly influence some behavior, but only as an adjunct to other activities. It's sort of a circular reference, the mind influences or reinforces the behavior/desire while the behavior/desire influences the mind. You can of course, add other elements.

Meditation was mentioned earlier on this thread, some people maintain that visualization exercises are, in fact, a form of self-hypnosis. Humans, I think are also subject to Pavlovian effects; gratification as a reward can be influential. But again the total effect is subject to true desire, life experience, innate skepticism, "strength of will", even age.

Some people are simply more susectable to hynosis. I've read that people who talk in their sleep are more easily "put under", sleepwalkers even moreso. Keep in mind that many hypnotists take the position that they don't actually hypnotise you--you hypnotise yourself.

Well, I could go on, I've been reading on the subject since jr. high, but I know there are other people in the forum that have even a more experience.

Also keep in mind what andreea said earlier on this thread, even if it doesn't work, there is still good advice there.

of course it does not transform you instantaneously. What I meant is that if you look from the beginning to the end, several times, with the aim of becoming more girly, it gives you good advices, and (at least on me) less will to resist to the envy of becoming a gril ^^.
