Well, what are you waiting for? The moment your house was empty, the buttplug, panties/diapers, skirts, everything should have come on. Get too it! No toilet till your diaper can't hold it any more.

Put in the butt plug, wear the panties, hopefully matching bra, and some pantyhoses too. Female pants would be great but male pants that hang low or ones that the pants legs don't drag mainly so your nylons will show if you do some bending or moving. Don't wear any socks or a belt. Go to a video store and rent a movie made for little girls. Then change into your baby things and when you fill like you need to use the bathroom start the movie up. You can't pause the movie to use the bathroom and when you can't hold it anymore use your diaper like a good baby during the movie and keep enjoying the movie.
