If you already got your presents and they aren't wrapped maybe you can go to the store and get some pink wrapping paper and make all your presents look like they were for a girl. Put who they were originally from and adress them to your girl name.

Get a cake that was made for a little girl like with purple or pink icing and have them write your girl name on it.

Dress in your frilly outfit and just enjoy the day.

I like the cake idea. You could have a birthday tea-party with all your stuffed animals. But princess themed paper plates & party hats and such, and wear your frilliest outfit.
