I agree that wearing a bra and panties is very appropriate, but it is inappropriate to wear a bra on a torso covered with nasty boyish hair, and is in appropriate to pull feminine panties up nasty hairy legs so, if it can be done with your living arrangements, remove all of your body hair that a woman would not have would be appropriate.

Using clear lip gloss and clear mascara every day would be good.
