what do you have to do them with?
I want you to wear a diaper, with locking panties. Put the key in a block of ice, and wairt for it to melt, up you dont wet or mess

Alright, I have a task for you. I want you to drink a full bottle of some sort of liquid every hour for 4 hours. It can be water, juice, milk, formula, coke, whatever you want. You are to wear a diaper (or more than one if you want), and plastic panties if you have them.

Then go out for a walk. Doesn't matter where. Your backyard, around the block, not important, but you need to be out. Do not go pee until you absolutely can't hold it in anymore, then go in your diaper. You can then go back inside and change if you want.
