The first step is to remove all hair from your face and the rest of your body from the neck down and keep it hair free from now on.
The best way would be to have it all waxed off at a salon. The second choice would be to buy all the necessary feminine hair removal supplies and do it yourself. When you buy the supplies buy only feminine hair removal supplies, check out at a counter with a female clerk, and use a credit or debit card so your name is shown.

Buy a woman's bikini bathing suit with a top that has wide straps like a bra and sun bathe in it until you have obvious cup and strap marks tanned into your skin. Alternate sun bathe in a bra and panties until you get the same result.
