I recently bought some too. They are much thicker than my other disposable diapers (Depends), but not as thick as I had dreamed.

They are definately some of the thickest disposable diapers I have ever worn. They hold up well, but my biggiest gripe is the tabs, much like molicares, they don't refasten well and if you need to readjust, they can easily tear the diaper underneath.

I use them 24/7. Like Renee I love the thickness , but I have found the tabs to be readjustable. There is a blue undertab that the white tab can be removed from and then refastened. You can not adjust twice. I usually wear a cloth diaper and plastic pants over them, and have never had trouble with them in that configuration.

I was curious which tabs were meant to be use with them since they both were sticky. So blue are used first and others are for second time. Thanks
