My favorite is #7. : I was once hypnotized to do that too - I would wake up and then cry about having a wet diaper - but hypnotism at least for me needs reinforcing and it eventually wore off.

Number 10 is the best. I like 5 and 6 a lot, too. 7 is also nice. I like having to make poopies in my didees. Having a crib to sleep in would be wonderful, especially with some of those pretty Disney princess posters on the walls. I wish I looked like one of those girls!

Right now, I'm wearing a very wet cloth diaper under pink plastic baby panties and sucking on my binky as I type this. Later I will fill my didees.

I wish I could choose one but I absolutely love your style and it's such a treat every time you post new captions. You've gotten really creative with this one really thinking of great original scenarios.
However since you asked, my fave is #7, the rest are tied for a close second except #2...to hell with the ex-girlfriends ;)

I love all these new cappies and it is hard to pick a favorite. I see you get plenty of comments right here in your Gallery instead of Captioned Piccies.
I guess 4, 7, 9, and 10 stand out a little more as favorites, it is hard to decide with so many exciting cappies. Whew, it's hot in here today!
